Excellent hotel with great amenities like wi-fi, lift, and luggage storage. The staff once helped me with an insect bite, and they are always friendly and professional. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

Limited amount of hot water. Location of the room (was 400)

Historic and Comfortable Room Decor was appealing.
I encountered several maintenance issues, including uneven floors and squeaky tables. The noise levels were also quite distracting. I experienced a sudden lack of hot water right in the middle of my shower, very inconvenient.

Private parking and tasty and superb breakfast with at least 6 options of fresh breads in addition to czeck salads and porridge, for instance. Great location, very close to Saint Wenceslaus I. Set just off Museum of Natural History, Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, The Prague Castle, all the nightclubs and bars, and town centre in the good area.

The 'Double or Twin Room' was spacious and really clean. The beds felt super comfy. A nice blend of traditional and modern vibes. If you can snag rooms 500, 501, or 502, they seem to have the best views. The design was a bit quirky. I liked the little touches like drink vouchers and the staff's helpfulness.

Couples seeking quirk and comfort
The staff were friendly. I even got extra pillows without asking! The free hot red wine up on the rooftop terrace with those fine views was something I never expected. It's moments like that which you remember.
It was pricey, but I guess you're paying for the experience.
